Growing up in Florida, I have always tried to spend my time in the outdoors. I am an avid traveler, runner, and outdoorsman. I love to learn about new people and cultures, which is why I love working in the insurance industry in North Miami. My favorite part of the job is getting to know the amazing people of the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area.

I have always been fascinated by international history, politics, and culture, so it was only logical that when I attended Florida State University, I received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs. After that, I decided to continue my education and focus on Emergency Management, earning a master’s degree from Florida State as well. Having a background in Emergency Management has allowed me to assist the people of North Miami in a unique way when it comes to their insurance needs.

After completing my education, I helped start an Emergency Management consulting firm that helped Floridians recover from Covid-19 and various hurricane disasters throughout the State. I quickly realized that through a company like State Farm, I would be able to help more people in many more ways. By focusing on being proactive, rather than reactive, State Farm is able to do more for its customers than I ever imagined. This is why I love being a State Farm Agent!

After I left Emergency Management Consulting, I joined the United States Army. I became a Psychological Operations SPC and after a brief stint in an active training component, have since transitioned into the Army Reserves, where I continue to proudly serve.

My Insurance Agency works with and welcomes families from North Miami Beach, North Miami, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Bay Harbor Islands, Miami Shores, Miami, Miami Gardens, Biscayne Park, Aventura, Surfside, Indian Creek Village and North Bay Village. We are able to assist in all types of insurance including auto, home, renters, condo, boat, life, health, and even pet! Our office is also able to provide financial services products such as funds for retirement, college planning, and more. Insurance means a lot more to Cory than just writing policies. He takes immense pride in building a lasting relationship with every customer, as well as making sure they are properly covered with whatever obstacles that might come their way. Cory’s mission is to leave no stone unturned in this sometimes scary and confusing insurance process. Insurance is very personal to Cory, from seeing firsthand how it can save a family in times of uncertainty and disaster. Advising the customer on all terms and products including, homeowners’ insurance, life insurance, health insurance, and much more. When you work with Cory you can expect nothing but the highest standard of work ethic, and integrity.

A native of small-town New Smyrna Beach, Florida, he recently moved out to beautiful Miami Beach to further his career in insurance while helping customers on a broader level. Cory graduated from Florida State University, with a bachelor's degree in Social Science including a minor in business. In his free time, you can find him enjoying the outdoors, either hunting, fishing or just taking in all of the beautiful things this great state of Florida has to offer. He’s always believed that it’s the simpler things in life that really bring the most joy.

Drayton O’Steen is a seventh generation Floridian who lived in our Capitol, Tallahassee, for 26 years. Growing up, Drayton spent the summer months with his grandparents in Stuart, during which, his grandmother would bring him on day trips to Miami Beach. These trips kindled a love of the vibrant culture and a passion for the wellbeing of the City of Miami. Drayton is currently an Account Representative and holds licenses in property & casualty, life and health insurance. A proud member of the State Farm family, Drayton’s priority is ensuring that Florida families are protected from whatever our beautiful, wild state may throw at them. When not in the office, you can usually find Drayton on the golf course, pickle ball court or enjoying a relaxing day on the beach.

Logan Lockhart was born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. He’s lived in Boynton Beach, Florida for most of his life, but bounced between Mississippi and Tennessee in his younger days. He earned a football scholarship to play at Florida Memorial University in Miami Gardens, FL, studying Business Administration. It was there that he found his passion for helping others.

Some of his favorite hobbies are reading and working out. Activities that have been present in his life since his youth. In college, he was named lifter of the week multiple times, an accolade given to the student-athlete who comes in and puts extra work in when nobody is watching. Since he’s stopped playing sports, he’s kept that same dedication to the gym.

Logan Lockhart is a dedicated individual, always looking to help people in any way possible. One of his favorite quotes is from Martin Luther King: “Somewhere along the way, we must learn that there is nothing greater than to do something for others.” He truly believes in this philosophy and tries his hardest to live by it every given day. Logan would want you to know that he will always work diligently to the highest of his ability. Logan holds licenses in loan origination, property & casualty, and life and health insurance. A proud member of the State Farm family, Logan’s top priority will always be to help families find the products they need and educate them on what those products do for them. He believes that if tragedy strikes, the last thing policyholders should worry about is their finances.
